Main Rocket Engine

Main rocket engine of the ship is the core method of propulsion of a spaceship. Main engines usually operate in two modes:

K37s start with the RA-TNTRL-K37 engine, which is really sort of fine. Your main torch influences your transit reserve, and having a more efficient torch significantly reduces it, letting you spend more propelling eating rocks. Unfortunately, the only one with better exhaust velocity is the BWM, which has an annoying one second startup time. The NPMP is really where its at, but that thing expensive.

the pinch fusion torch works different than everything else. it uses a huge spike of electricity to start, and then no electricity after that. but that'll set off all your warning alarms every time you use it. annoying.
