Ganymedian Anarchy Station 900x300 cutout.jpg

The Ganymedean Anarchy Station (G4A station OR GA station for short) is a station embedded within a moonlet, located within the rings, and acts as the residency for the Ganymedeans.

Overview

G4A station with an OCP docked

The G4A station is embedded in an oddly-formed moonlet, it's shape unlike those seen elsewhere in the rings, implying that it was carved out for minerals. It holds two habitat bubbles, 3 nuclear reactors, and a residential construction on one side that doubles as a docking bay. Ten automatic mass driver turrets surround the station to ward of any wannabe aggressors. A mass of large cabling is seen surrounding the entire moonlet, presumably carrying something volatile as seen while the station is under attack.

The dock holds three arms, which any ship can dock to as long as the station permits, and allow personnel and goods to cross between. Docking requires at least some friendliness between you and the pirates, which can be obtained by aiding the pirates through several tasks.

Any entities hostile to the pirates will be fired upon immediately after entering a range of roughly 500 meters to any of the surrounding mass drivers

Trading

The G4A station will let you trade consumables while holding any amount of positive friendliness towards the pirates (consumables being mass driver ammunition and nanodrone components).

Will Buy
Consumable Price per tonne
Mass driver ammo 7,500
Nanodrone components 15,000

Once you have gained a good enough standing with the Ganymedeans, and similarly to other pirate vessels, they will offer THICCs to be purchased for collection within the rings. However, unlike asking pirates flying in the rings, the station will never offer to sell you ships.

Will Sell
item Purchased Cost
Rogue THICC 100,000

Standing can be gained via one of four methods, two can only happen with a negative standing and one can only happen with a positive standing.

Method
Standing Required Standing Change
Talking to Singer/Ex-Anarchist Negative Instantly neutralizes
Paying 100 000 E$ Negative Instantly neutralizes
Selling Mass Driver Ammo/Nanodrone Components Neutral or greater Small (1% per 10 000 E$ of consumables sold)
Destroying a Vilcy vessel in presence of a Ganymedean Any Large

Ganymedeans will only offer trade depending on your standing. They will let you buy Rogue THICCs with a standing of at least 50%, ship drop points with a standing of at least 70%, and (if you do not have them) will reveal the coords to this station with a standing of at least 80%.

GANet

GANet is the wireless network provided on the G4A station. It allows communication between trusted personnel to the Ganymedeans. It requires a decent standing with the Ganymedeans to access, and will let you read their Twatter pages if it is suitable. If unsuitable access is detected, you will be kicked from the station.

Other Interactions

Hailing

If you hail the station while not docked, one of two sets of interactions can happen.

If you are at a negative standing with the pirates, they will act openly hostile. Rectifying it can involve either a 100,000 E$ fee, or if you have an ex-anarchist on your ship, having them confirm your safety. Only once you have a positive standing again can you dock and trade with the station.

If you have a positive standing, you will get a much friendlier message from the station, where you can ask to trade consumables, say that it's been a good dive, or request firepower against an agressor.

On-Station

You can also request to buy a round of drinks once per dive after docking, which one of your crew will mention something about the pirates or the station.
