To fire Mass Drivers, Kinetic Ammunition must be carried on the ship. There are 2 stats a captian needs consider. Storage refers to how much ammunition a ship can carry. Delivery refers to how many kilograms a second the storage system can supply to weapons. If the combine fire rate of all the Mass Drivers on the ship exceed this, the driver's rate-of-fire will be reduced.
Without a mass driver, it is recommended to seal the magazine.
