The display for the processed ore hold uses an <code>A + B</code> display, where <code>A</code> is the total amount of ore stored through all [[Cargo Container|THICCs]] on the ship, and <code>B</code> is the internal storage.

The THIMC can be released at any point, providing options to return to Enceladus, hold it's position (stay still), keep formation (keep velocity with the ship), or to return to the cradle. Once the THIMC is free of the cradle, it can be reactivated and used to hold other small drones.
